Take a break to recharge before continuing your evening tasks. We’ll show you 5 easy exercises to help restore your energy. Raising your feet can strengthen your kidneys and give you the boost needed to power through the rest of your day. As a foundation, we offer this course on a donation basis to support our community and to make our courses accessible to all. A suggested contribution of 10 CHF is appreciated for this course.
