Celebrate the Spring Equinox with us in the stunning Lötschental Valley, where Qi Gong and nature gently guide you back into balance. This retreat invites you to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms through mindful movement, stillness, and nourishing rituals. As winter gives way to spring, we create space to restore energy, cultivate inner harmony, and welcome the new season with clarity, openness, and ease. The equinox marks a moment of perfect balance between Yin and Yang—an ideal quality to cultivate within ourselves as we invite inner stillness, stability, and renewal. This retreat is open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced Qi Gong practitioners. To preserve a calm and intimate atmosphere, we welcome a maximum of 7 participants, allowing space for individual attention, deep rest, and genuine connection as both the landscape and the inner world shift from winter into spring.
