Some journeys take you somewhere new. This one brings you to the stillness of the Swiss Alps, and to yourself.
A few days away from the noise of daily life, in the quiet of the mountains. Mornings open with Qi Gong and tea ceremonies. Through the Organic Clock and Taoist philosophy, you'll reconnect with your body's natural rhythms while walks in nature and real rest give space to simply be.
There is space here, too, for what's harder to name - old wounds, quiet fears, the things we carry silently.
Retreats held around the autumn equinox carry a special meaning: in Chinese medicine, this is when Yin and Yang stand in perfect balance, and energy turns inward toward the Lung - the organ of letting go. A natural moment to rest, release what no longer serves you, and welcome the quieter season ahead.
