A democratic system can work, if the people who govern, are governing for the right reason.
🧘♂️ The people who are leaders of a country need to be committed and have a big heart for humanity. 🧘♂️ They need to give up all personal interests and be detached of power and the desire to enrich themselves.
🧘♂️ It has to be an action of unconditional love to their human fellows, aiming to look only for the best of the people, regardless of their position, their background, their culture, their color.
🧘♂️Leaders of countries need to reach levels of superior values and virtues. Their inner wisdom must be comparable of a sage, like Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela and Mother Teresa did, forgetting about their ego, and giving their lives up for the people.
Our democracies are far away from this type of leaders, reason why the democracy has failed.
👑 Much ego and self-interest has interfered in our leaders.
👑 Much judgment and lack of willpower to stay in line with the convictions and promises.
👑 The energy to lead is missing, because
they are struggling with burnout, overwork and tiredness.
👑 They lack of resourcing themselves, to stay in calmness to visualize the original purpose of their position.
👑 Missing basic virtues and values to reach the state of a sage, to accomplish their duty as a leader.
Leaders need to keep their energy in a high level, in order to overcome the pressure of leading from their ego, and stay in their heart and consciousness.
