How to do things in the Dao‘s way?

Listen to the people with heart and attention. Empower them by letting them decide what to do, to change the world.

You will just guide and you will learn yourself in that process. Don't impose, be firm and challenging. Don't please. Let them express themselves and reflect on what they are saying. Be with open heart. Don‘t be the boss, be the inspiration.

Learn yourself with no limit. Push yourself to overcome your boundaries and your fears by analyzing your patterns and behavior. Grow with your insecurities and challenges. Embrace yourself with love and compassion.

Stay integre with yourself and analyze your fears and insecurities.

Things will come and settle and you will grow out of your present fears to work on the next one.
