102 Self Leadership
12 weekly Group Sessions
Service Description
From Lao Tzu’s teachings, primarily found in the Tao Te Ching, we can learn several timeless principles: Understanding the natural flow of live : Life flows best when we align ourselves with the natural order of the universe rather than forcing outcomes. This encourages adaptability and acceptance of change. Wu Wei (Effortless Action): This doesn’t mean doing nothing, but rather acting without unnecessary struggle or ego-driven force. It’s about working with circumstances, not against them, to achieve results with less friction. Simplicity and Humility: Leading from behind. He taught that true strength often lies in softness, humility, and knowing when to step back. Leadership through Service: A good leader, according to Lao Tzu, leads by example, serves the people, and remains unseen in their success, empowering others rather than seeking glory. Balance of Opposites (Yin and Yang): Understanding that opposites (light/dark, strong/weak) are interconnected and necessary for balance helps in navigating life’s complexities with wisdom. The texts open up to a new way of leadership, with more humbleness and compassion. The course fee must be paid no later than 10 days before the course begins.
