Day 1: Arrival at 10 a.m. and settling into your cozy room Guided meditations with siesta at 11 a.m. Lunch at 12 p.m. Free time to visit the region from 2pm - 5 pm Feet Up Exercise at 5 p.m. Light Dinner at 7 p.m. Hot Foot Bath at 9 p.m Day 2: Sunrise Qi Gong in the garden at 7:30 a.m. Breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Tea Ceremony or other activity at 9:30 a.m. Guided Meditation Siesta at 11 a.m. Lunch at 12 p.m. Final feedback session at 2 p.m. End of the retreat at 3 p.m. Throughout the 2 days, you will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded people who share your passion for personal growth and well-being.
