Through flowing movements, deep breathing, and mindful awareness, this session helps activate your energy (Qi), release tension, and cultivate inner harmony. Whether you’re new to Qi-Gong or deepening an existing practice, these morning sessions offer a grounding way to connect with your natural rhythm and enter the day with clarity and vitality. Benefits of Morning Qi-Gong: - Gently stimulates circulation and energy flow - Improves focus and emotional stability - Reduces stress and tension in body and mind - Supports the immune system and overall health - Cultivates a calm, centered presence for the day ahead You don’t need prior experience—just comfortable clothing and a willingness to breathe, move, and be present.
