The purpose of 4 Times for Health is to help us live a life with minimum stress through following the natural rhythms occurring in our bodies every day. -Discover the region of Lötschental by going for calming walks Our Daily Program: 7:30 - 8:00 Sunrise Qi Gong 8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast 9:30 - 10:40 Tea ceremony or other activity 11:00 - 12:00 Baby Yin break 12:00 - 13:30 Lunch break 14:00 - 16:00 Connection with nature 17:00 - 17:30 Feet up 18:30 Light dinner 21:00 Hot foot bath Don't miss this unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself and nature, surrounded by the stunning Alpine landscape.
