Spring Equinox is the time of the year when the yin and yang energies are even. Yin is waning and yang is waxing in the Northern Hemisphere. This affects the entire planet, all of nature and naturally, us humans. The Equinox retreat is an opportunity to take a step back from daily life, to observe the shift in nature and become more aware of the shifting energies within us.
We will learn the routines of 4Times4Health and live them.
The purpose of 4Times4Health is to help us live a life with minimum stress through following the natural rhythms occurring in our bodies every day.
We will experience tea ceremonies during which we will learn to understand more of the processes mentioned above. There will be time to explore the stunning surroundings of Lötschental Valley. Connection with nature is an important aspect of 4Times4Health.
4Times4Health can seem childishly simple and it is. It is also a powerful tool that can take us back to a lifestyle that we were designed for. 4 Times4Health creates time to take care of our own well being. We will know when it is time to work hard, make tough decisions and when to slow down.
Once one has been practising 4Times4Health for a while, it will inevitably lead to questioning why we have been labouring away, trying to reach some distant dream, when it was here all the time if we only slowed down a little.

8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast
9:30 - 11:00 Tea ceremony with Lyell
11:00 - 12:00 Baby Yin break
12:00 - 13:30 Lunch
14:00 - 16:00 Connection with nature
17:00 - 17:30 Feet up
18:30 Light dinner
21:00 Hot foot bath
