important to reintroduce the sacred principles of balance, harmony, and health for
the renewal of self and the longevity of our beautiful world.
Mission
The Shen Foundation was founded in 2008 to provide solutions to the emerging planetary crisis.
Our objectives are:

To provide education and raise public awareness for global healing.

To improve personal health in mind, body, and spirit by promoting balanced and sustainable living through courses like "4 Times 4 Health," a Qi-gong practice, and the discovery of natural healing, which aligns daily and seasonal rhythms for personal and global transformation.

To utilize natural healing styles, including Classical Chinese Medicine.

To advocate for sustainable development and environmental protection.

To network with other like-minded organizations.
Sustainable development means "development which meets the needs of the present, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."
