Blueprint for New Humanity


For many of you today, life can seem like an endless stream of things you must do, constant movement, stress, more stress, and for what?


Always trying to catch your tails, not to mention worrying about pending climate catastrophies, the survival of Humanity and any number of issues that are easy to get caught up in.


Do you ever wonder, if this is really how life on Earth is meant to be ?

Maybe it is not the situations themselves.


Could it be how you are? What ground you stand on to see life, or maybe how you see life could influence world events.


Certainly how you live life is the foundation of world events, both as individuals and en mass.

Blueprint for New Humanity

It is a suggestion of a way to live life in harmony, first with yourselves and the rest of mankind, with nature and with the rhythms of the Cosmos.


It is in constant development and probably always will be.

It is grounded in the ancient Wisdom of the Dao.

The intention is to offer you a simple yet profound path to a life in harmony.


This project is under developmen, and always will be. Your involvement means that you are part of the experiment. Your experiences shared will add to the collective wisdom.

The Inner Journey

The courses that Shen Foundation offer are designed to be the starting point in this journey.

Qigong

First up is Qigong for 90 days. This gives you a strong connection to the energies of nature and the Cosmos, a platform to live life from.

Four times for Health

Then you move on to 4Times4Health. This is a series of actions to take during the day to help keep you in harmony with the inner workings of the body. The effect of this is good stable health, more energy and less stress. Another important foundation for a good life. 4Times4Health was created (by the Founder of The Shen Foundation, Dr Bisong Guo), drawing on the Daoist wisdom found in the Qi-clock. This gives you a clear picture of what is happening in the body hour for hour and how you can adapt your daily routines to best effect.


The Five Virtues

Next up is The Five Virtues. These are :


Altruism

Integrity

Respect

Wisdom

Trust - Fidelity

The Five Virtues are the essential elements of how you live, both internally and with how you interact with others.

You need all five working together and in balance.

A deep understanding of them and how they directly effect your health and success in life are essential to a harmonious lifestyle.

These courses take well over a year to complete. The learning continues throughout life.

The Outer Journey

When you have established a harmonious lifestyle for yourselves, it might then be time to look at the world around you and how your state of consciousness is reflected in the environment you have created around you.


It is easy to see that Planet Earth has suffered deeply at the hands of Human Beings. This is a clear reflection of your collective state of mind.

An imbalance between head and heart has created a greedy, egotistical world with devastating environmental consequences. You need to move much more towards the heart to redress this. Studying the Five Virtues is one way to explore your individual balance in this area.

The Outer Journey is going to be an ongoing project to help you match your new inner harmony with a physical environment to match.

That is to say, live in harmony with Nature.

Inventory of your personal environment:

This will be quite an involved process to examine each item you own or use, its source, effects on the environment and ability to be recycled.


A look at what you really want and need to live well, will also be part of this inventory.


The ultimate aim of this stage is to take you individually to being non destructive for Planet Earth.
